  • Selling Text Links on my Website?

I have a couple of pr4 websites that I want to start selling links on. These sites don't have much traffic yet, so I'm in need of placing my websites in directories where startups typically go to purchase links. What are some popular, and preferably free or low cost, directories, or other, that I can list my websites for link sales?

  • NiMH rechargeable batteries Sony & Sanyo?

I'm in the market for some rechargeable batteries, and I'm currently looking at the Sanyo Eneloop AA's.

My only gripe is the 8 hour charge time. I already have a Sony fast charger, which brings batteries up to a full charge in 15 minutes.

But I'm wondering whether or not the Eneloop batteries and the Sony charger will work well together. Would this cause any damage to the batteries or the charger? And would the Sony fast charger be able to bring the non-proprietary Sanyo batteries to a full charge? Also, the Eneloop batteries are LSD, and the ones that came with my Sony charger were not; would it make any difference to the charger whether the batteries are LSD or not?

These seem to be the two most popular rechargeable AA products, so I'm figuring maybe someone has actually tried this combination. Any advice?

  • Tunerless VCRs - Hookup & Recording?

I am interested in purchasing a certain VCR that is tunerless. The model I am looking at is the Sony SLV-D380P.

Does a tunerless VCR have any different a hookup to the TV than a regular VCR? Whatever VCR I get needs to accept the thick screw-in cable from my cable box and output the same exact cable to my TV. Would anyone reading this know whether this particular model would do that or if it needs some other kind of cable?

With tunerlessness and recording, I am using Time Warner digital cable. Is this enough to give the VCR an input to record?

  • Opening Flash links in new windows?

Not as a programmer, but as a user, is there a way to get Flash links to open in new windows? I'm trying to browse the Nike store, and the flash interface doesn't accept ctrl/shift + click, which makes the task virtually impossible for me. Any way to accomplish this?

I tried their non flash store as well, but it is unfortunately very buggy and seems to lack the ability to shop by price.

  • Pekingese and Amino Acids?

I have a very narrow question at this time.

Currently, I'm looking for an optimal protein blend for the Pekingese dog breed, and I was wondering if anyone on Yahoo that has had experience dealing with this breed's dietary needs can give me an arguable configuration of amino acids considering their history and specificity.

  • Dog Nutrition - Holistic at Home?

I have a dog who I have decided to take off a commercial diet -- if you must know why, I've just heard enough accounts of dogs getting sick or dying on mainstream dog food that I no longer feel comfortable feeding it to him; this is not based on the dog food recall.

Currently, he's eating cooked lean meats and carbs, such as white rice and bread, prepared at home (this is also a question mark to me), and I want to supplement them with the proper vitamins and minerals. But I'm not sure as to what kind of a supplement will be needed to nourish a dog on this kind of a diet. He's a Pekingese, about 5 years old, 15~ lbs, and pretty healthy.

Ideally, I'm seeking the advice of people who are also feeding their dogs a NON Iams, Purina, Eukanuba etc. diet and are knowledgable in holistic dog nutrition.

  • Dogs - What's poisonous to them?

I'm looking for references on foods that are poisonous to dogs.

Please do not STATE what you know to be poisonous.

Rather, I am looking for any URLs to webpages or any book sources that you know of that contain dog toxin information.

    Thanks for your time!
