Problem is, once I hooked my PC to my new monitor, everything has gotten so slow. 1080p videos, games like Planetside 2, Battlefield 4, even goddamn Minecraft is lagging terribly no matter what graphics setting I use. So I turned my PS2 from Ultra (had around 56FPS) to Very low and getting 20 FPS. Reduced BF4 from Medium (62FPS) to very low, getting 12 FPS. The computer got so slow, the desktop is laggy, it takes hours for something to open. Everything used to run just fine on the 1080p TV. After researching for over a week and melting my brain several times, it seems I am the only one having this error on Windows 7?! I recently noticed that LogMeIn Hamachi stopped starting on the system's startup after a restart. So I went and opened it manually and I got "Failed to connect to the engine" I opened run menu and went on services.msc to run the service called LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine. But instead of starting I get "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion" error... I tried doing some researches on the subject and most of Microsoft's kb said I needed to install .NET Framework 1.1... Thing is 1.1 Framework is outdated for Windows vista and older systems, so I went on and repaired my current version of .NET Framework 4.5. I tried running the service same error. I pushed my researches even more and found that I needed to go on properties then Log on tab and check "Allow system to interact with Desktop" of the service. I noticed that it was ALREADY checked! I ran multiple registry fixers and cleaners such as Advanced System optimizer 2013 and CCleaner, all issues were "fixed" but the error is persisting. I am at a loss of ideas.. Also the service is supposed to run at startup (If msconfig is reliable) but refuses to start. So I really need help... ===System specs=== OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Build: Service pack 1 CPU: intel core i3-2120 @ 3.85GHz (Overclocked) GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 650 OC Edition Driver version: 320.49 RAM: 8GB DDR3 PSU: 700W HDD: 81.4GB Free/456GB

Though, today my PC booted, but nothing showed up on my screen. At first I thought it might have been changed to a different input. Switched it back to "HDMI 1" where my PC is normally at, nothing... So, second thought was maybe the port is broken. Changed to port HDMI 2. The TV automatically detected it. I booted my PC but nothing showed on my screen... Third thought (The worst) Video card might broke. I removed the Video card from my PC and put it back in, and switched from TV to a small monitor. It was working fine. But when I switched back to my TV screen, nothing showed... I switched to real TV and saw that the screen is working fine. No error codes is being heard... But now with my new mobo I can only overclock to 3.4GHz (3.3 stock speed) and it overclocks everything else with it (Graphic card, RAM) The BLCK overclock is not a problem but I can't overclock because of my cheap GPU (Zotac Geforce GT 430) I tried some online programs from Gigabyte that are supposed to let me overclock the FSB. But they aren't working. Every time I try to overclock with the BLCK the system fails and loads the UEFI Backup BIOS... That's because of my GPU that sucks pretty badly (If I increase its core clock by 10 MHz it crashes) My question is: Is it possible for me to overclock only my CPU? After plugging every cables, I turned on my PC. YAY it worked. BIOS detected new PSU. Then I tried to boot Windows... Right after the BIOS loading, (where normally Starting Windows would appear) the monitor displays "No Signal" and the PC reboot. I tried booting from my recovery CD, PC reboot. I also tried from Bootable USB... So I'm out of ideas... I have no idea what to do to make it work. I tried replugging my old PSU, nothing more.... BIOS shows the HDD as healthy and its full size. during POST, I can hear my HDD do its regular booting sound.
