Such as USA, CANADA, AUS ect. I got arrested a few times and got cautioned. A police caution is a alternative to a to prosecution in minor cases and forms as part of your criminal record.

  • UK when someone gets arrested how does the police decide whenever or not they will remain in police custody?

For example when I got arrested the police threw me into police custody they just wanted me off the streets - same goes for anyone who gets arrested for similar crimes such as Drunk and Disorderly. However someone I know says that they never went into police custody when they got arrested.

Or to prevent them from opening here? I know people who are from Iran and they mentioned that they don’t have any Costa , M&S, Starbucks, McDonalds, H&M or any of that.

  • Would it be a bad idea if I decided to apply for a job so that I could gain access to my DBS check?

To order a DBS certificate it usually costs around £55 however I wanted to request mine for free by applying to a few job and by lying that I’m interested in the job and that I don’t have any cautions/convictions. I’m only doing this because I want to view my DBS. Would this be a bad idea? Or would they black list me?
