  • Should I claim on my Auto Insurance?

    Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can provide some advice here. Recently I was involved in an auto accident where my car hit a patch of wet leaves, lost traction, and skidded into a tree down an embankment. I was traveling within the speed limit. Luckily I was fine after the crash and no one else was involved however, my car was totaled. Looking on Kelly Blue book it looks as if its worth about 2-3 thousand dollars. Before this accident my driving record has been 100% perfect but the officer has issued two violations via a complaint ticket. One is "failing to drive right" and the other is "trav fast for cond." Whatever those mean... My question to you guys is do I bother filing on my insurance? and if I don't claim will my rates still go up due to the issuance of a "complaint ticket"? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

  • Is it Easy to Rent Condo's in Miami Florida Right now?

    Hey Guys,

Just curious how hard it is with the glut of condo establishments/high unemployment to rent out a 2 bedroom condo in Miami Florida at an average price? Would love to hear with people who are familiar with the area! Help is much appreciated!

  • Is There Any Profit in Renting Condo's?

    Hi Guys,

I am considering purchasing a condo in Florida to rent out and just wanted to get some opinions on whether or not you think that there is any profit in renting a condo in either Naples or Miami areas? I know that allot of condos impose rental restrictions and HOA fee's... Is it still possible to make any profit or break even on such an investment in these areas? Would I have more luck elsewhere? If so, where? Would be happy to hear some of your thoughts! Thanks in advance!

  • Can you Buy Condo's in Florida to Rent Out?

    Hey Guys,

I am considering buying a condo in the Naples area of Florida but was curious if I would be able to start renting it out right away or if most of these condo complexes impose limits/rules on renting? For instance, would I have to live there for a year before renting it out??? etc.... Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
