My computer runs vista but it will not load to the desktop anymore. It says it needs a boot disk which I don't remember getting with my laptop when I bought it. Anyway, I just bought a Windows 7 installation disk from staples (full version) and have been trying to install it and am having a problem getting it to finish installing.
The first time I tried to install it, it gives you the option to do the upgrade version but since I cannot get the computer to get to the desktop it said I cannot do the upgrade. So I decided to try to install it the custom way. I have tried it twice but it gave me an error saying that it would have to install it on windows.old and it may cause my hard drive to fail and it wouldn't finish installing it. I decided to try again only this time I was just going to format it first before installing it. I do have pictures on the computer but I believe most of them I have backed up.
Anyway, when I went to install it the last time it goes through the select language screen and keyboard type, then it goes to where you hit install now after that it just says setup is starting and I cannot get it to come off of that screen anymore like the other times. So it will not let me get to where I can format or choose which installation I want anymore. Do you know what could cause it to not get past the setup is starting screen? It did before and now that I have decided to just do the format it won't let me even get to the choose which installation screen anymore.1 AnswerOther - Computers1 decade ago

Without getting into too much detail...
Me and my fiance have been together for a long time and already have a 3 year old. While planning our wedding we discovered that I am pregnant again. (which is great news!) A couple of our immediate family knows. We haven't told anyone else yet because we wanted the focus to still be on our wedding which we have worked so hard for. Then after the wedding we were going to share the news to everyone. However, at the reception we were thinking of making an announcement (either tell guests individually as we see them or make an actual announcement) to everybody about our great news but we aren't sure if we should tell everyone at our wedding reception or if we should just let everyone know after the wedding is over. Someone even suggested we put it in the thank you cards. What are your opinions on what you would do? I am 4 months pregnant but you cannot tell in the dress I am wearing that I am pregnant.
By the way I'm getting married in 6 days! :)

Our photographer is letting us give her a list of some shots that we definitely want. I'm running out of ideas on poses and stuff and thought I would see if any of you have any favorite poses?
