Well it seems that Labor can't find enough things at home to spend everyone’s hard earned cash on, and has become the largest donator to the World Bank.
My local paper is running a campaign called help heat the pensioners and needs funds. What a joke.
Does anyone else find this distressing?5 AnswersInternational Organizations1 decade ago
It has been acknowledged that the Litvinenko affair is weighing on British-Russian relations, and the Government has been urged to renegotiate extradition arrangements with Russia.
British prosecutors have charged former KGB bodyguard Andrei Lugovoy with Litvinenko's murder but Russia has refused to extradite him, arguing that its constitution prevents this.
Does the British Government really believe that the Russian Government will at any time extradite Andrei Lugovoy, he is enjoying more celebrity than ever over here.
Also if the Russian Government says that it's against the constitution, who are the British to tell them that they should do it.6 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade ago
