I listed a car on the internet for sale. it sold in 7 days. The winner paid me in full thru the internet. I had overnite delivery of the notarized title , notarized bill of sale and the keys. While I was away the man traveled 275 miles from out of state to look at the car. he didn't drive it. The mileage never changed. nothing was really moved in the car. When I returned from vacation the car was still in my driveway. No note no keys no nothing....I emailed him and asked did you see the car he said yes but didn't want it. but took the keys and all back with him 275 miles away. I went to the notary and was told that since all the paper was filled out properly to his name that the car was his. I went to my police office and told them teh whole story. they agreed with the notary. I got intouch with my states DMV. they said that technically it is his car, in my driveway.I have emaile the buyer several time and no answer back. I am stuck!! I cant move the car no keys . what do you think...whose car is it????I will not refund the money, not after this.... p.s. he knew I was on vacation5 AnswersBuying & Selling1 decade ago

in my religion beliefs, it is taught that Christ died on the cross for all of our sins...past and future...therefore if we confess our sins to Him we are forgiven...........then when we die and go before God are we judged again and for what?...haven't we been forgiven already???6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade ago
