I'm an amazing yaoi pervert! Um,... I guess that's all you really need to know about me. I've had alot of life experience and I think I can help people.
I am disabled with a mental disability, which is a psychotic disorder NOS. It's a fancy way of saying that every once and a while I have reality blending, sometimes prone to obsessive thoughts, compulsions, and occasionally hear voices. My therapist and I have worked for years to get me to a "normal" state. I haven't had any major outbreaks for about a year and I want to work. I have actually managed to secure a job at a nursing home which starts next Monday. I really want to work but I am worried about what I will do if it becomes too much. I don't want to suddenly loose my check and be unable to support myself. Tomorrow I am planning on going to the social security building and getting an appointment with my case manager. I have heard horror stories where on the first day of work the government automatically takes you off of your SSI benefits. I would have told Social Security sooner but I didn't know I was accepted for the job until yesterday and today I had to be with my family. Will I loose my check if I take this job? What should I do? I really want to work. Please answer and thanks to everyone that takes the time to.1 AnswerGovernment8 years ago
I have just received a job that will end in me getting CNA certified. It is a work program where you go to work and learn, after which you take your certification test. When the "classes" are over and you have received your CNA certification the company will start scheduling you.
The problem is that I have become aware of another job that is actually in my field and pays a lot better but I don't want to give up my CNA certification job which took a lot of time and effort to secure. Should I wait until I have my CNA and apply for the other job, or should I apply for the other job now and tell them my current situation (The other job is a full time job which is the same time as my CNA classes)? Is there anyway I can alert them to my interest and delay them hiring me? Does anyone have any advice for this situation? Thank you and have a nice day!1 AnswerOther - Careers & Employment8 years ago
I am doing a paper on the education system but I am confused by this! Say for example a person has a BA in social work but after that wants to get a MA is cellular biology. Will the person have to go back and get a BA in biology or could they go straight to the MA program since they already have a BA in something? Please answer. I am so confused!4 AnswersHigher Education (University +)9 years ago
I recently I did a metabolism calculator so I can see how many calories I burned a day. My question is are you only supposed to eat the amount of calories that you body can burn a day. For example: If my body burns 2000 calories a day am I only supposed to eat 2000 calories? I am so confused about this. Thank you to everyone who answers.Diet & Fitness9 years ago
The Wii games play fine and have the correct coloring but when I put in a gamecube game the colors are all wrong. It's like a rainbow exploded in my tv and attached to the games scenery! The gamecube games play fine but the color issue is so annoying I can't play. I checked my tv and tried to get all the contrast, shades, and coloring balanced but no matter what I did the weird colors stayed. This problem is only for my gamecube games. I have heard good things about the P90X and the insanity workout. Is Tae Bo a good training DVD? I am going to MMA classes and I love it but I will be leaving for college soon and I want to take some videos so I won't lose my muscle and conditioning. Any recommendations? Thank you!1 AnswerMartial Arts9 years ago
Ok, I quit MMA for about 2-3 months because it conflicted with my school schedule. The MMA place has started up another class that I can go to but I haven't exercised in those 2-3 months. Talk about a really really stupid decision! I used to be able to do the whole workout no problem but now I can hardly get through 20%. I need to build my endurance up, control my pain so I can keep going despite the pain, and get better breathe control.
Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thank you!2 AnswersMartial Arts9 years ago
We have this exercise in MMA class where we sit down, put out our legs, cross our legs, put our hands onto the floor and try to raise our torso using our arms that we are leaning on. This is such a problem for me because I don't know what this exercise is called. On top of that each of my team mates do the arm placements a different way. If anyone knows wat this move is called and how to improve it will be appreciated. Thank you!1 AnswerMartial Arts9 years ago

We do this move in MMA class. It's where we get on all fours and we have to run while still on all fours to the end of the room and back. I suck at this terribly and I was wondering if anyone knew what this was called and how to get faster/better at this exercise move? Thanks!6 AnswersMartial Arts9 years ago
When I went into the gym the instructor just told me to stretch out on the mat but I really didn't know what I was doing so I basically just kept stretching my arms. Can anybody give me a list or some good mat stretches to do when I go to the gym so I won't look like an idiot. Thanks!1 AnswerWrestling9 years ago
Hello, I went to MMA classes to observe this week and they did this move where they ran in place before they dropped down on their forearms, raised their hips, and brought their legs in. It kind of looked like the dance move "the worm" but in reverse. I think this exercise also started with an "S" but I really can't remember. Can anyone tell me what this move was and how to do it? I want to practice it at home. Thanks!2 AnswersMartial Arts9 years ago
I know that you see it on Television and in games all the time. Two people who have nothing in common become best friends but is it really possible? In order to make friends doesn't there have to be at least a minor common interest or a common past? Can two people who have nothing in common and who don't share any interests end up being any more than acquaintances?4 AnswersFriends9 years ago
I have looked up cardio breathing online but I am not really sure how it is done. Do you breathe through the nose and exhale through the mouth or the other way around when you run? I am a bit confuse so if someone could tell me how to do cardio breathing correctly it would be appreciated. Thanks!1 AnswerRunning9 years ago
I want to run three miles in under an hour but I am horribly under prepared. I can run about a block without getting tired. I am freaking out a little bit. A block is no where near a mile, much less three! Can anyone give me some advice for running and how to build speed and endurance. I need to make it so I don't run out of breath so easily and so I can run further. A little faster would be nice but I don't want to be a panting mess after only a few blocks! Can anyone help?3 AnswersRunning9 years ago
Just like the question says, I recently started jogging through town and I really enjoy it but now it's getting hot and I was wondering if running in place had the same effect as running freestyle? I had recently tried jogging in place but I didn't feel the usual burn like when I ran freestyle, so are the same benefits there? I was just curious because there are some days I want to run but just not outside, and I would really like run three miles under forty five minutes but I'm a pretty slow runner with not so great endurance (My body is horribly average but slowly getting in shape). My endurance is improving since I started running but I still run out of breath pretty easy. So if jogging in place could help my endurance or speed I would gladly add it in or do it in my free time. So, yeah. Sorry for the long question. Thanks in advance to all who answer!5 AnswersRunning9 years ago
I just watched a little bit of an animation called "Chobits". For those who don't know this is an animation about humanoid androids called "persicoms" that basically are used for housework, protection, jobs, sex, to acess the internet, and in some cases treated like real people. My question is how close do you think we are to having that? If given the chance and an adroid like that was put on the market I wouldn't hesitate to buy one! Thanks to everyone!3 AnswersOther - Hardware9 years ago
Hello! I am a college student and I seem to not exactly be great with computers. I know how to use Word Document and submit homework and stuff like that but when it comes to social media I am pretty useless. I would like to start a blog but I'm not really sure how live journal works, I would also like to put out some youtube videos with something over my face (because my future job has certain privacy issues, ect) and make some AMVs but I don't know how to do that. Also I would like to have my own website and I don't know how to make a website or manage it, and Twitter? Forget it! I feel a little out of the loop because while I know enough to search I never really seem to be active on the internet and I would like to learn more about how the INTERNET and technology functions in general. I was wondering if anyone could link me to some tutorials (especially the livejournal ones) and give me some advice on how to get better at technology because I feel like such a noob sometimes. I also get really confused on things like how to set up the wireless on my wii, how to stream things from the internet to the television, how to move my pictures from my camera to my computer and move them other places from there, ect. Btw, I know that there are many tutorials but I am really having problems finding VIDEO tutorials because I like to see things to know that I'm doing them right. Thank to all who answer I can't wait for the advice to become a better computer person!1 AnswerOther - Internet9 years ago
