Non sexually. I know that assault is illegal, but technically you can assault someone without even touching them. In the US, is non threateningly and non sexually touching someone illegal?3 AnswersLaw & Ethics5 years ago
I've been searching for these hats for months. I've seen many costumes and cosplayers with these hats. They are the standard hats for U.K. police. They are standard hats for U.S. police. They are standard hats for security guards and military around the world. I do not care about colour and I do not care about anything but the hat type.
Every single one I've found seems to be antique, which means they're $50 + $20 shipping because they're from ex Soviet Union nations.
The one reasonably priced hat I've found is a Chinese communist one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Collectable-Chinese-Commun...
Size is important. It has to fit me. Customisable sizes or 60cm is necessary. I've searched everywhere I can imagine. I can't even find a pattern to make one myself.2 AnswersFashion & Accessories5 years ago

Basically, I've been messing around with some code and I re skinned some icons on the Instagram Android app. Is there any way Instagram could tell that I modified the app? Would they ban me even if they could find out?
I'd like to use the skin if possible but it's not worth a huge risk.
I did have to re-sign the application to compile it but there was no change to any code. Please don't answer unless you know what you're talking about!2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans5 years ago
Like the military uses for officers:
Costume quality is okay, but good quality is preferred. Non authentic.
Under $20 if possible.
I've searched everywhere and can't find anything.
I can't even find a pattern. A pattern would be nice too.1 AnswerFashion & Accessories5 years ago

Basically, say I want to download a 5MB app. It'll say "storage full".
So I'll delete a 10MB file.
Then it still says full. Why? What can I do?1 AnswerOther - Computers5 years ago
1. For example, say I see someone stealing. Do I have the right to forcibly keep them in place and take the item?
2. If someone has something illegally in their possession, say illegal drugs or an item known to be stolen, is it legal for me to steal it back? Can I use force?7 AnswersLaw & Ethics5 years ago
I remember ages ago an associate created a DNS service of sorts. I put it in my internet options and was able to register domains like http://word.bin and basically anything.custom.
I'd like to do this for the novelty. Is it overly complicated? How can I do it? Thanks!1 AnswerComputer Networking5 years ago
I understand it has a SLIGHT bitter taste, but the 50mg or so in soda doesn t really affect taste whatsoever, so why is it listed under flavorings? Is it a social thing (aka people don t want to admit it s an added drug?)
In the U.S. it s not listed as flavouring.
It seems sort of deceptive to me.
Yes, caffeine is clearly an addictive flavorless flavouring that we add.2 AnswersOther - Food & Drink5 years ago
