I'm wondering what form I need to get or if I need one at all. We went through an attorney and everything is legit. Thank you for replying.2 AnswersUnited States10 years ago
My husband sounds like a freight train and as a joke I want to record this awful sound. Does anyone know why speech records but not the sound of his snoring? He doesn't believe just how loud he really is. He has sleep apnea. Thank You!2 AnswersPhysics1 decade ago

I'm a teacher on a limited budget and I "splurged" and bought these nice ballet flat Coach shoes only because I really liked them. Only, they left "huge" and I do mean "huge" blisters around my heel areas as the area seems a little high. Please, please say something can be done. I love these shoes but they totally kill my feet. Thanks!!!6 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade ago
I really liked Cas Haley's version of "Easy" What you think?!
I'm really a fan of the young lady Butterscotch but when I heard this song, I'm ready to buy Cas' CD.
What other songs would you like to hear him sing?2 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade ago

Hi. We are going through a temporary switch with our insurance with teachers retirement and don't have the 1,000 detuctable or insurance until Sunday...Could really use your help.
My husband is a dialysis patient and is temporarily using a catheter until his fistula develops. Today he couldn't run the dialysis machine on the full flow rate of 400---only 200 and ended up getting off early. Now where his catheter is, actually it is above it toward his neck, he has a lot of swelling. (The size of a soft ball.) He is going to put ice on it. We think it might be the way he slept last night.
Do you think this will be okay or what to do?
Thanks to anyone who responds.5 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade ago
Hi. I'm a teacher and am fairly young. My financial goal is to pay off my house in 10 years. I'm considering getting a job at night working at a restaurant to get experience on how to run a restaurant. I think eventually I might open one. I'd like to know if I can have 2 retirement plans with employer matches, etc. Also, I will get teacher's retirement; but, can I also get social security if I get enough "points"? Also, does anyone know how SS "points" are earned? (Is is calculated by dollars, time or what?) Will all this work reap the financial rewards I hope? THANKS FOR THE HELP!8 AnswersFinancial Services1 decade ago
We live in Texas and my husband had no money to pay for his child support this month because of his disease-he had to retire. He will only be making 1200 a month from Teacher's Retirement(no check yet) now which makes it hard to make ends meet. His insurance alone will run him 300 and that doesn't include his medicine and doctor bills. He has to go to court Aug. 2nd and obviously he can't afford a lawyer. How do you all think they will calculate what he will owe? This is tough....We do want what is best for the children (4), we just don't have it to give. Will they take into consideration that he needs his medicine and insurance? (If he doesn't keep his insurance, he really will be in financial ruin.) He is currently trying to get on the transplant list.

Will be traveling for 21 hours to Vegas. My husband likes "old school" songs and the blues; I like Old 70's Music (Eagles, James Taylor, Clearwater Creek).
Can you suggest some musicians or tunes that I might be overlooking? We really like a variety but not particulary rap, and techno. Thanks to all who reply.3 AnswersR&B & Soul1 decade ago
We will be traveling from Houston to Las Vegas and want to spend 2 nights (1 day) relaxing mid-trip but we've never driven West.
Is there a city or destination that is a "must see" that will help our trip get started off on the right foot? We like the typical "touristy" type of things to do. Anything specific would be nice to know about too.4 AnswersOther - United States1 decade ago
I was showing middle school students some books on the subject and one of them asked me this and I didn't really have an answer. Any ideas?9 AnswersEarth Sciences & Geology1 decade ago
I'm in my mid 30's and mom and I don't get together frequently. I can only spend about 1,500 on the trip. I live in Houston; she lives in Louisiana. I like the city; she is a country girl. We both like to shop but I like the touristy type of things and she likes that too but enjoys it with a bit of nature. She is a Gatlinburg, TN type of traveler and I'm more like Vegas. I thought about doing Vegas as well as a tour of the Grand Canyon. But I'm looking for other alternatives in the Good Old USA. (Something neither of us have done.) Thank you!!3 AnswersLas Vegas1 decade ago
How can I consciously help myself focus on eating healthily? I'm compulsive and want to lose weight.?
I tend to be attention deficit and compulsive. I eat unconsciously and I will eat something and then think, "oh yeah, I am suppose to eat healthy" as an after thought. Then begin the process over again. Could buying myself something like a pretty ring or bracelet help trigger me to stop if I see it when i go to stuff my face---or any other suggestions?2 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade ago
I'm trying to fix my credit; my ARM expires in May on my house mortgage. I pay over 8%. There is a high penalty for prepayment. When should I begin contacting companies to get quotes to refinance-before or after the ARM date? I'm not sure how lenders operate.6 AnswersPersonal Finance1 decade ago
