Am I the only one here old enough to remember the Memphis vs. UCLA game in the finals in 1972? Which, for my money, featured the best individual performance ever in the National Final. I'll award best answer to the first one who names the player I'm thinking of. Best of luck.6 AnswersBasketball1 decade ago
I just posted a really dumb answer...I could edit it, of course, but I've decided to take my medicine. As the poet said, "humilitry is endless". I really wish I could give myself a thumbs down, though.
I shouldn't worry...I have somebody following me all over giving them to me...I can always count on at least one, even for a factually correct, concise, and articulate answer. It's hard to believe somebody's life is so pthetic tyhat they's stalk ME...9 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade ago
A woman was pregnant with twins, went into labor, but, unfortunately, got into a bad car wreck on her way to the hospital. When she regained consciousness several days later, naturally, the first thing she asked was "What happened to my babies?" The hospital staff reassured her that both were healthy - a boy and a girl. "As your next of kin, your brother helped us fill out the birth certificates."
"Oh, crap!" thought the woman, "My brother's a nice guy, but he's a freakin' idiot."
"What did he name the babies?" she asked aprehensively.
"The girl is Denise" was the reply.
"That's not so bad" she thought. "What about the boy?" she asked
