I'm getting a Perko battery switch and a second battery for my boat. The batteries will be side by side.
I'm running the existing positive cable to the com position on the switch.
I'm running a new positive cable from battery 1 positive post to the 1 position on the switch.
I'm running a new positive cable from battery 2 positive post to the 2 position on the switch.
Where I get confused is with the negative cable.
Do I leave the existing negative cable attached to battery 1?
Do I simply run a second negative cable from the threaded stud on battery 2 to the threaded stud on battery 1 and I'm done? No additional grounding required for battery 2 since battery 1 is already properly grounded?
Or do I run a negative cable from battery 2 to battery 1 AND a grounding cable from battery 2 to engine block?3 AnswersBoats & Boating9 years ago

There was a bakery when I was a kid that had CCC's that weren't crunchy or crisp. They were perfect! They also weren't greasy. They were a great after-school snack.2 AnswersCooking & Recipes1 decade ago
I don't get it!
Why does multiplying n=.72 (repeating 72) by 100 equal 100n=72.72?
If I multiply n=.72 (repeating 72) by 100 I get 100n=72!
And how do you resolve 0.183 (repeating 83) into a fraction?

My wife wants me to add a keypad to our garage door opener so the kids can enter the house through the garage door instead of needing a key to enter the house.

I was told to fish for crappie from a well lit bank because they are attracted to the lights. I asked if it was ok to fish from a boat and use a light to attract the fish. My friend said the use of lights was legal.

I'll want a car that is dependable, safe, great gas mileage, and not embarassing to a 16 year old. It'll need to get him through his Junior year in High School and all the way through college, at least.
With gas at $3 a gallon and on it's way up from here on, gas mileage will be important, but I don't want to lose the cool and dependable and safe factors.4 AnswersBuying & Selling1 decade ago
I'm using a Korg Chromatic Tuner CA-30 to tune my guitar and some days I'm flat across the board and other days I'm sharp across the board.
I was just thinking that maybe it has something to do with temperature and humidity.11 AnswersMusic1 decade ago
