I am going to NYC next week with some girlfriends to celebrate a 30th birthday. We are going to go to dinner at STK in the Meatpacking District on her birthday and are looking for a fun dance club to go afterwards, hopefully not too far from STK. Any suggestions would be great!3 AnswersNew York City10 years ago
I am feeling a little guilty because my schedule only allows me to do my P90X workouts 5 days a week - do you think this will have a major impact on my results? (I am a nurse and work nights, so if I work 2 nights in a row I am only awake for about 1.5 hours before leaving for work again).
I am about 5'6 and average size - I am looking to tone rather than lose a lot of weight.
Thank you!4 AnswersDiet & Fitness10 years ago
I recently bought a pair of BKE "Stella" in size 27... they are a little tight, but I know they will stretch out. I was thinking of ordering the Big Star "Sweet" jeans in a size 27 too, but was wondering if these jeans run small at all, or if I'll need to order a size 28 instead? Thanks!3 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade ago
OK - I have been contemplating this for awhile now, and I can't make a decision on whether or not to go darker, so here is the deal:
My natural color is a dark blonde. I had my stylist lightening my hair and ended up being a nice light blonde. For the winter, though, I had my hair colored a light orangey/brown color, which is growing on me, but I think I need to go darker. I have hazel eyes (mostly dark, dark green with brown in the middle) and fairly light skin (but not completely milk-white). My eyebrows are not those of a complete blonde, but they are not black.
Because all of my colors are very in-between, it's a hard decision for me, and I was wondering if a medium to dark chocolatey brown color would look OK for my coloring?14 AnswersHair1 decade ago
If I have naturally dark blonde hair (and now it's a light brownish/orange/red), is it easier to use brown or blonde to get back to my natural color? My plan is to color it a medium/dark brown and let it fade - I figured that is better than coloring it too light and letting dark roots come in. Is this the best way to go?3 AnswersHair1 decade ago
I recently darkened my hair from blonde to a reddish-brown color (not on purpose, I was going for brown!). I want to get the red tones out by covering it with a medium brown ash color. I am planning on using L'Oreal Feria (I've always loved the Feria products) in the "Havana Brown" color, and I was wondering if anyone has ever used this color... ? I'm worried about getting a green or flat, dishwatery colored brown.5 AnswersHair1 decade ago
