  • Healthier eatting on the go?

    I am a very busy person and I barely have time to eat, however my daily diet is not going to allow me to keep going for very long. This is what I typically eat in a day:

    Breakfast: Coffee Drink and a Hershy Bar

    Lunch: Coke and some kind of candy (typically m&ms)

    Before work (around 5): McDonalds Fries and a Sprite

    Dinner (about 9ish): the only actual meal of the day

    Any suggestions on how to fix this. I need something that is healthier and that is EASY to carry around?
