So basically, I want to know what to do in order to lose a bit of weight here and there, like the lower stomach, arms, face, or neck, but I want to gain more fat in the buttocks and thighs. I don't really like the appearance of a muscular body, I especially don't like muscular thighs. That's why I'm sort of scared to do squats or other leg + butt exercises because I don't want to look muscular.
The body I have right now is completely fine, I'm around 153cm and I weigh 95-100 lbs (everyday it changes honestly I have no idea why). I have wide hips and a thin waist, so basically I'm already curvy (it's just genetics). I have a bit of fat in my arms, lower stomach, cheeks, you know. Very unpleasing to look at. But anyhow, I feel like I want to be healthy and gain a little more mass in places I want, as well as lose some mass in places I don't want.
Thanks! It would be nice to have a workout plan or maybe a meal plan. Those will help. The more detail the better. :)2 AnswersDiet & Fitness4 years ago
I have hb2 pencils at home. People usually use it for writing in class. I'm wondering if hb2 pencils are for drawing. Are they? My portrait teacher says we should use 4h, 2h, hb, 2b, and 4b for doing our portraits. He didn't mention anything about an hb2 pencil. That's why i'm so curious!4 AnswersDrawing & Illustration10 years ago
