• Help a friend study for a test.?

I am trying to help a friend(teacher) study for the ACT or praxis core, so they can pass and get their teacher license. The problem is, I stay 2hours and 30mins away. Are there any good phone or computer apps that we can use.

After reviewing the doctor report, I notice that my doctor put me on light duty.(I was expecting no duty) My doctor wants to do a follow up in about a month to see if I am good to go back to work full time or not to work at all. My situation is, I do not have a job and I do not want to start a new job knowing that I might have to quit in about a month. Also, I stay in a small town, so we don't have many temp jobs. My question is, How can I get my doctor to change my light duty status to no duty status without waiting the entire month? Right now my should is about a 5 out of 10 on the pain scale and my neck is about an 8 out of 10.
