Hi, im a 15 year old boy in 10th grade. Right now i weigh 157 pounds when im in my underwear and im a little over 5 feet and 11 inches. Also, i have broad shoulders and im not sure if that does anything to my weight. I would LOVE to get down to 150 and im starting to lift weights, run, and swim. Do you have any good exercises for me to do? Also, i know dieting is a BIG part of weight loss so what should i eat?
Also, i dont know if this matters but you can see my abs when i flex and i dont have man boobs.
