Alright so ever since I've started highschool (two months ago), I've been getting pretty much NO sleep. Well, that's exaggerating, but that's besides the point XD
Because I'm in Pre-IB, I get at least 3 hours of homework a night. And that's only pIB! I'm scared to imagine next year =/
Typically on weeknights, I get 5-6 hours of sleep... Rather than the 9 I'm supposed to get. I'm only 5'3" so I actually want to grow some more... But with this lack of sleep, yknow?
In the morning, I always sleep in... So I never have time to eat breakfast. And I rarely have spares, and lunch is only 20minutes long. I don't have time to pack a lunch in the morning, and 20minutes isn't adequate for going to Tim Hortons or something. So sometimes, I skip lunch as well.
So basically, at the age of 15, I don't get enough sleep, or food.
Well, I don't get any exercise either. Because I never have any time, I rarely exercise except for walking up and down the stairs at school (there's a LOT of stairs :P). I'm not exactly fat, at 5'3" and 104lb, but I'm not exactly healthy, you know?
So basically, I don't get enough sleep, food, or exercise. And I have no idea how I can change this.
