  • Ceramic Tile Floor Backerboard?

I just installed HardieBacker Cement Board for my tile floor, and now I read that there should be an 1/8 inch gap between the cement boards? Great, I butted them together and mortered them in place. Should I rip this out and start again before I tile? Thanks for the help!

  • Garage door chain lubrication?

I just lubricated our garage door chain with some White Lithium Grease spray, and now I discovered that something much lighter (and attracting less dirt) is what they require. Should I try to spray on lots of WD40 to help remove this and start all over or simply leave it alone? Thanks!!

  • How to build a platform to sit 15ft round above ground pool?

I purchased a $300 above ground pool 15ft x 48inches and would rather build a platform to sit it on vs. sand. The ground is not exactly level but not too bad. Any plans on how to build a deck or platform to sit it on is greatly appreciated!

Normally she did this once a month, but now (as of a few weeks ago) she is at 4x a week! I just rubbed her face in it and smacked her butt which I feel guilty about now. Clearly I am getting very frustrated. We took her to the vet, she had blood work done, no age related issues were detected. We are positive it is her, and we have seen her in the act. The cat boxes (two of them) are cleaned twice daily, we use unscented cat litter, a good quality dry cat food, etc. At nights when we sleep (this is her time when she does it) I am thinking about locking her up in a room w/food ~ litter box and letting her out in the a.m. I am very concerned that the other two cats will copy her actions eventually... any suggestions are appreciated?
