I took in a stray DSH female a couple of months ago not knowing she was pregnant. She had a litter of five kittens a little more than a week ago. All seem healthy and normal sized. However, the first born kitten appears to have very little fur compared to the other four. I have not touched them yet as I do not want mom to reject them so I do not know if the texture of the fur is different. Has anyone ever seen this before? The kitten is eating well and is otherwise fine. She does appear to be the last one to open her eyes, though.1 AnswerCats8 years ago

I have a 1992 Lexus 400. I stopped on my way home to pick up some donuts and was in the shop for MAYBE 2 minutes at most. I came out, got in my car and turned the key. NOTHING happened. No dashboard lights, not head lights, no radio, no power locks or windows and definately no engine starting! All was normal up until this. Any clues as to what it could be? I am calling AAA to see if they can get it started, but I thought some nice mechanically inclined people who hang out in Yahoo answers might have some insight.5 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade ago

I have a 80+ year old home and since renovation last year only the front half of the house's radiators work. We had vandals break in during renovation and steal all the copper pipes so about half of the pipes are new. I have bleed all the units and there is no air in the system. The up-pipe to the unworking radiators are all cold, also. I checked the circulator and it is running. The boiler is very efficient and the radiators that DO work are great. What could be the problem? Any plumbing or HVAC people have any clue at all? Any and all help would be appreciated.9 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade ago
Based on the Cormac CcCarthy book starring Viggo Mortensen? I happened to have loved the book and I cannot wait to see the film. I hope it is true to the book and does not leave out any of the gory (and I mean GORY!) scenes. I think that if it is done right it will be a very powerful and moving film.1 AnswerMovies1 decade ago
If you came upon something like this (handmade and original) would you buy it and how much would you be willing to pay? This is not my work, by the way, but I do something similar. Thanks!1 AnswerSmall Business1 decade ago
I really think so. That movie was literally horrifying. They were like a pack of wild, rabid animals. I LOVED this movie, by the way.
If you can name some other really, really scary vamps in film, please do. And no "sexy" vampires, either. Boring! I want truly frightening!3 AnswersMovies1 decade ago

I loved this movie. It cracked me up. The "By the power of Greyskull!" line had me on the floor. Thank you, Brits for making an intelligent spoof film. Heads and shoulders above the "Naked Gun" garbage.2 AnswersMovies1 decade ago
We are in the process of renovating a turn of the century twin home in Philadelphia. The bathroom is very small and much of the room is taken up by a large radiator that heats the room. I would like to remove it and install an electric baseboard for the bathroom only. I would like to know if the removal of one radiator will be costly and is it possible? The radiators in the rest of the house would still be in use. Any insight into this would be helpful before I start calling HVAC contractors. Thanks!4 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling1 decade ago
