GOD SAYS HE DOES NOT REPENT ....
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should REPENT: .... Numbers 23:19, KJV.
And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should REPENT. - 1 Samuel 15:29, KJV.
THEN GOD REPENTS ...
And the LORD REPENTED of the evil which he thought to do unto his people. - Exodus 32:14, KJV.
And it REPENTED the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. - Genesis 6:6, KJV.
And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God REPENTED of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. - Jonah 3:10, KJV
This is not an issue of translation. The same underlying word that is used for "repent" is used in these verses
that say God will not repent, and that God did in fact... repent. This is a clear cut contradiction.
