• Cruise control on a 1999 Ford Taurus does not engage. Any estimate on how much it would cost to fix?

I bought my Taurus used. It's had 3 owners who were very meticulous about maintenance. However, when I try to set the cruise control, the green "cruise" light blinks on for half a second, then disappears, and the cruise does not engage. Any idea how much this will cost to fix? Or is it even worth it on a car that old?

  • How do I switch the video input mode on my Insignia TV?

I do not have the manual for the TV, or the original remote. I DO have a universal remote, but I can't figure out how to set it so that the signal from my PS2 comes in.

  • How do I hook my PS2 to my new TV?

I have an Insignia NS-LCD 26. It's not hooked up to cable or satellite, as I don't believe in paying to watch TV. It has no remote or manual, though I did buy a universal remote to go with it. How do I hook up my PS2? So far, all I get is a "no signal" screen. Be specific; I am technologically dumb.
