    Volume of Solid rotating calc question, am i doing it right?

    Can someone tell me if Im doing this right?

    So for part a, i think the answer would be the integral of (2-8-x^2)^2 - (2-x^2)^2 times pi from -2 to 2.

    Im not sure how to do b or c so can someone explain that part?

  • Calc question?

     Write the three different ways we could find the EXACT area under 𝑓(𝑥) = 𝑒^𝑥^3 on any interval [a,b].

    I tried working on it and the only way I could figure out was was the integral way. I didn't know there were more so can someone help?

    What is a word you would use to describe Bianca's marriage to Lucentio and why? Do they seem like they have a "companionate" marriage? Why or why not? Be as specific as possible in your explanations, using textual details/quotation to back up your points.

    What is a word you would use to describe Katherine and Petruchio's marriage in these acts and why? Do you think the two end up having a "companionate" marriage or not? Be as specific as possible in your explanations, using textual details/quotation to back up your points.

  • calc question?

    can someone walk me through this? thanks

    The region bounded by the given curves is rotated about the specified axis. Find the volume V of the resulting solid by any method.

    y = −x2 + 17x − 72, y = 0; about the y−axis

  • can someone please help me with this calc question?

    Find the volume V of the solid obtained by rotating the region bounded by the graphs of the given expressions about the specified line.

    y = 27x^3, y = 0, x = 1; about x = 2

    i got 571pi/7 and 90337pi/7 for both tries and they were both wrong. Can someone explain to me how to do this?

  • chem help please?

    A certain chemical reaction releases 423.kJ of heat energy per mole of reactant consumed. Suppose some moles of the reactant are put into a calorimeter (a device for measuring heat flow). It takes 2.79J of heat energy to raise the temperature of this calorimeter by 1°C. Now the reaction is run until all the reactant is gone, and the temperature of the calorimeter is found to rise by 12.9°C. How would you calculate the number of moles of reactant that were consumed?

    Set the math up. But don't do any of it. Just leave your answer as a math expression.

    Also, be sure your answer includes all the correct unit symbols.

    can someone help me with this?

    ive been trying to figure out how to do this and im not sure. can someone help?

    Calculate the mass of diphosphorus pentoxide P2O5 that contains a million ×1.00106 phosphorus atoms.

    Be sure your answer has a unit symbol if necessary, and round it to 3 significant digits.
