• Can't feel stretches!?

    Hiya my PT tried to stretch my side by pushing down my arm while I was reaching over my head and I didn't feel a thing despite him saying he can push any harder, and he tried to stretch my glutes and I didn't feel a thing, could I be too flexible? He said he had never seen this before, thanks

  • How am I not gaining weight?

    Hiya I'm 19, 60kg, 5 foot 3.5 a , female and I've been eating 2700 kcal a day simply because I'm soooo hungry, I eat 110g of protein daily, I thought with soooo much food I'd gain weight because I don't exercise enough to burn that much so why am I maintaining thanks, I'm trying to build muscle but I'm not great at... show more

    Hi I'm 5 foot 3 and I weigh 60kg, in August I weighed 51kg and now it's October and I weigh 60kg, I haven't had my period since January as I have exercise induced anorexia, I have had blood tests and my hormones are normal, I have had my ovaries and kidneys scanned and they are normal too, so will I be able to have kids someday?

    I'm 19, 5 foot 3.5, 51kg, my last period was in January 2017, I was told today I could have exercise induced anorexia and was told to research it and that was it, the doctor didn't send me to any specialists, I was just left to find out more on my own, so what should I do now, should I go to a dietitian or therapist?     I usually have a small breakfast of porridge with 3 tbsp mixed seeds and an apple and I'm hungry a few hours later. I was wondering if I should have dinner for breakfast (3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk hard boiled, a baked potato and a bowl of broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots) will this be more filling, if it isn't what do u suggest?... show more

    I go to the gym everyday for 30-60 minutes and then I head home and I feel guilty relaxing at the end of the day to watch TV. I also have had my period for 6 months and I'm 18, 5 foot 3.5 and around 120 pounds.     I can eat 2 bowls of porridge, shredded wheat and an apple first thing in the morning and I will still feel hungry but if I wait 2 hours after waking I will eat yogurt with peanut butter and berries and I will be full.
