I have begun to take a met-rx meal replacement plan containing some complex brand of protein which begins with a m or c. First off, as a general idea of my build I'm about 6' and roughly 150 pounds, so I'm a pretty thin dude all around. My question is regarding sprinting in breaststroke. How much of my glide should I still keep when swimming a 50 in a short course pool.
