Around late September I was on a playground at the park after it'd rained and slipped and hit my leg really hard on the edge of the platform. It went numb at first but then the pain gradually got worse and worse as the day went on. At one point I couldn't even bend my toes. A couple weeks later, the pain went down to a bearable pain and I was stupid enough to play soccer with it, which made it worse. Now, it does hurt when I walk or anything, I've even started doing Insanity. It still hurts to touch it though and there's still two knots where I hit. I went to the doctor around late November, they took x-rays and said it was probably just still bruised pretty bad. Is it just bruising or could it be something else?1 AnswerInjuries8 years ago

This morning I was lifting my school bag off the ground and as i was doing so I had an absolutely horrible pain in my back, one of the worst pains i've ever felt. This pain kept on for about 5 minutes and I couldn't really move. Then I was good enough to go to school but my back's still been hurting pretty bad all day. It's a constant pain that gets worse with movement. The pains in my mid and lower back around the spinal area and when i twist sometimes my back pops. What could be wrong with it and should I see a doctor?
So, earlier today i was standing on my tipy toes in the pool and all of a sudden i felt a bone in my foot move and i got a really bad cramp. Well this ended up happening several more times just without the feeling of a bone moving. After i got out of the pool it stopped but now, a few hours later, it's started up again. It's the same pain that i felt in the pool. What could be wrong and what do i do for it?1 AnswerPain & Pain Management1 decade ago
So, earlier today i had ran and was doing a soccer drill where you roll the ball to the side. While doing this I felt a pull in my knee and felt a little bit of pain and swelling. Since it wasn't that bad i didn't think too much of it and went inside to do some sit ups and what not. Well, I looked at my knee and there was a bruise about the size of a penny on the left outside part of my right kneecap. It also looked pretty swolen. It's been a couple hours and the swelling has gone down a little but the bruise has gotten a little worse. What could be wrong??
So, earlier today my knee was hurting but i didn't think much of it because i have lateral tracking patella, where my knee always wants to move towards the outside. Well, i was getting up from a chair and felt/heard my knee pop several times in a row. It kind of sounded like someone taking a roll of bubble wrap and popping several at one time. Ever since then my knee's been really weak and it hurts almost constantly (more when i walk around). This has never happened to me before and i was wondering what could be wrong?? And my lateral tracking patella problem rarely affects me lately so that has me thinking it could be something else.
So, last night i started having these really bad stomach pains that would come and happen for a few minutes and then leave for a few minutes, and it did this for a few hours until I finally fell asleep. the pain was really horrible but isn't as bad today. the pain was gone this morning when all i had was a small brownie. then later i went to KFC and got just some grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn and the pain got worse again. now it's a constant annoying pain, but not as bad as yesterday night. it's my whole abdominals that's hurting. any idea as to why this is happening?5 AnswersOther - Health1 decade ago

So, i just got spacers today and..it's not too bad yet but, i'm only going to have them in for a week and then i get the braces put in. From what i've read this is kind of early. Does this mean that the pain could be worse then normal patients when i get the braces on?2 AnswersDental1 decade ago
So, just yesterday night, i started having this really bad upper stomach pain that lasted 5-10 minutes and was bad enough to make me break out into a sweat. Also, this happened again this morning and instead of going away it's now a kind of dull pain. Is this just the start of something like the stomach flu or something different?2 AnswersPain & Pain Management1 decade ago
So, yesterday i was playing with a friend and some elementry kids (i'm 15) and we were playing a kinda fast game and i turned around and there was a surge of pain in my elbow and it bled and swelled. Well, today, it looks like the bone's sticking out a little and out of place. But it could just be swolen, not sure. And the pain is really weird because it feels like the feeling you get when you hit your funny bone. So, is it maybe a sprain or what? and should i get it checked out?
so, me and a couple friends were playing basketball with the elementry kids, and i'm not sure what happened but i turned around and all of a sudden there was a surge of pain in my elbow and i thought i hit this one girl but she said she didn't get hit that hard. so, my elbow started bleeding pretty bad and now it's all swolen around where it'd been bleeding at.
So, I was wondering what might be wrong with my elbow now?
