  • Questiong on getting pregnant after being on contraceptives for 10 years.?

I stopped taking my contraceptive about 3 weeks ago and have been spotting at least every other day since then. I was on different types of contraceptives for a total of ten years. I am unable to get an apt to meet with my OBGYN for two months! The nurse told me on the phone this bleeding could continue for 6 months or more. My question is: how do I know if I AM pregnant if I am not having normal periods? and has anyone else had this type of bleeding problem when going off of contraceptives?... if so, have you gotten pregnant? I am unable to find any reliable resources on line that discuss the body's reaction to being taken off of contraceptives.

I am getting married and considering having Zoom tooth whitening. While over the counter bleaching strips whiten about 4 shades, Zoom is supposed to make them 8 shades lighter. Has anyone had it and had success? or been disappointed? Is it worth the money? Any insight would be great! Thanks.

  • Climbing Rose Bush budded but now looks dead after cold spell.?

I planted 2 climbing rose bushes on a trellis in my yard last May...they were well established and full in the fall and should flower this year. The vines began to bud leaves and then we got a cold spell (central IL). The leaves all died and now we have had about 2 consecutive warm weeks and there are no new buds of foliage. Any experience with this? Is the plant dormant or dead? How to tell? Thanks.

  • Best or Worst Honeymoon Destination/By Experience?

Was just wondering if some of you could share your honeymoon experiences with me. We are planning a honeymoon for the end of May 2008 and were wondering where the best/worst destinations were. We were thinking of a Sandals but have had some horror stories and reviews online about many of the sandal's resorts. We do want something all inclusive and most of all relaxing, not a big party. Your great experiences and horror stories may help. Thanks in advance.

  • Writing a biography on 92 yr old grandfather?

I want to write my grandfather's life story before it is too late. He is 92 and served in WWII and grew up in the Illinois Valley in the time when Al Capone and the mob's presence was widespread across the midwest. He also worked in local coal mines and was around for the presentation of the Model T to the world.

Are there any websites or resources for people wanting to write this type of story? Like where and how to start. I would like a list of questions to start with and will work off of that.

Thanks for any help you can give.
