  • What is the best way to get consistent meals for workouts?

    I’ve been insanely busy with school and work and I rarely find time to eat. So my schedule is:

    Monday - school 8am -1pm; school 6-8pm

    Tuesday - school 6-8pm

    Wednesday - work 10:30am-8pm

    Thursday - school 6-8pm

    Friday- work 10am-8pm

    Saturday - work 10:30am-8pm

    Sunday - work 10:30am- 8pm

    My schedule is tight and I try to workout in the morning or after I have work. I also have online classes but those aren’t as bad. I need a good way to eat clean and still go to work and stuff. I have an oven and freezer at my work for sruff but idk what to do.

  • How to get over leg soreness.?

    So I have been working out for years and the last year or so I’ve hit legs a lot harder (ngl like the first 2 years of working out I barely touched legs). Is there anyway to get over the leg soreness? I stay sore for about 5-7 days at a time and it makes my leg days spread far apart.

  • Does it make a difference between working out 5 or 7 times a week?

    I have been workout out for years now. And recently I have slowed up a little, is there a difference between workout out 5 days or 7 days a week? I have been training in strength and size. I am 18 years old and I started around 12. My big 3 lifts have stayed roughly the same for about a year:

    Bench: 315

    Squat: 320 (lol)

    Deadlift: 455

    (I’m 6’4, 220 IBS)

  • Will a boa eat a ball python?

    So I recently got a ball python (4ft). And I’ve had a red tail boa (8ft) and the ball pythons cage had a shipment error and is delayed. Can I get put them in the same cage for a few days? Will one eat or attack the other?
