I add a healthy amount of olive oil to my pastas when I'm trying to gain weight. If you don't have a dairy sensitivity milk and cheese is pretty calorie dense, I personally I stay away from all dairy because it upsets my stomach. Also, instead of 3 big meals a day, try eating 5 or 6 medium meals spaced through out the day, and add in snacks in between. This helps get more food in without eating gigantic meals.

    To gain muscle, you have to eat a caloric surplus. It will be hard not to put on some fat, but if you add in cardio on top of your strength training you will keep it at a minimum. Really you need to do a lot of strength training, you will likely drop fat while you build muscle as you are a beginner.

    Best answer: You can't spot reduce, losing weight is the only way to make a difference in how your body looks. You're body will burn fat from all over equally. Doing leg exercises will build leg muscle (what you're calling "toning") but you will never see it unless you reduce your body fat percentage.

Rear brakes are either disc or drum depending on vehicle. If drum brakes, they use a wheel cylinder that pushes the brake shoes onto the drum for friction. The theory works as, the small piston in the master cylinder pushing creates thousands of PSI of fluid pressure, when his pressure hits the brake caliper / wheel cylinder, the force is multiplied because the pressure is pushing on a larger area. Coupled with engine vacuum being used to increase pressure applied in the master, the resultant pressure is large enough to easily stop the vehicle.

    Rather than grenade your motor and risk ruining the entire block, rebuild it with strong internals first. The entire rotating assembly should be upgraded. Forged crank, rods and pistons designed to handle forced induction are a good start.

    Start from the beginning, check to see if you have both spark and fuel. Pull a spark plug, connect it to the plug wire and ground it, crank the engine and see if it sparks. Fuel, you really need a fuel pressure gauge to check and make sure the pump is working correctly. If you have both, problem is likely timing.
