It's not the websites that you have to worry about but rather the ads on them. Even if a site is safe and trustworthy, there will be ads on it and they will put these cookies on your computer. If you're really worried about these, delete your cookies regularly or install anti-spyware software.

If you have more than 512, that's ok, if not you should upgrade. Another reason your computer might be so slow is running too many background processes at the same time, even if you don't know about it. Go to Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete), and click the processes tab. End all the processes running under USER except for explorer.exe to free up some RAM. If none of these work, get a new PC, man.

  • Whats better chrome or firefox?

Chrome is good if you want a speedy startup with very simple controls. Firefox is just a little slower, but it has a huge add-on library you can customize, and because it's been around longer, it has much fewer glitches. Firefox is the better browser in my opinion

  • How can i upgrade my computer's graphics?

Best answer: You can buy a graphics card for your desktop (not for laptop) at any electronics store. A good one of maybe 1GB memory would couse around $200. But I don't think the problem is with graphics, but more with the processor. That's what you should consider upgrading.
