  • How can i tell if i just lost an adult tooth without going to the dentist?

It is probably a baby tooth. It would be extremely rare for a 13 year old to lose an adult tooth and not be in severe pain. An adult tooth would not fall out by itself.

  • My front tooth is slightly loose :(?

It is normal for a front tooth and all the teeth to have very slight movement just as you describe. Do not continue to wiggle it all the time. Keep your regular appointments for checkups with your dentist. It does not sound like anything is wrong.

  • I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out, and I was wondering why it is whenever I swallow I feel a tugging?

It could be the sutures you are pulling on. Depending on the kind of sutures placed they may dissolve on their own or you may need to go back to have them removed.

  • I chipped my front tooth and it is slightly decayed, can it be fixed or do I have to get it removed?

If you are correct and it is only slightly decayed then it can be fixed easily. Ask Medicaid to give you a list of dentists who take it. Or call some dentists in your area and ask if they take Medicaid or know of one who does.

  • Wisdom tooth, infection ? please help me with my question?

An infection of your teeth or gums will not make your nose congested with mucous. It sounds as though you have a separate issue going on with your nose. Possibly allergies or a cold. The cleaning will make your gums feel better and removing the wisdom teeth will help the back of your mouth feel better too.
