• Verse written by Paul about Gentiles?

I don't recall any Scripture like the one you're describing. Paul does say to do good to people, especially those of the faith. He also speaks of provoking the Jews to jealousy so that some might be saved. Love your enemies. Let us know if you find the verse you're thinking of because nothing is coming to mind.

They aren't encouraged to read it for themselves, but have people telling them how it's interpreted.

I'd just pop them out of the pack & throw them in the toilet just to keep track of the 7 days without a "real" pill. I was on the pill from 12 years old & most of my life thereafter up until a couple years ago, so I know. :)

But you still must go through the tedious work of picking out the nits. And after you're lice-free, it's actually a good idea to spray that on the hair daily to repel the gross critters. Also, it's a myth that you have to clean all the house. They live on heads and won't survive long off the head. Research it if you want. The info is out there, and it's one less thing you have to stress about, so you can focus on the head.

The fresh air is good for them. We've become wimps this generation. I can assure you the Inuits don't keep their kids inside. They have no choice. So as long as she's bundled up well & protected from the windchill, and you aren't out for hours, a bit of fresh air is very good for her. The old ladies (and young ones too) might give you dirty looks, but that's their ignorance. Been there, done that. My kid is very healthy!

You are looking good in front of that girl, and if that girl cares more about what name brands someone is or isn't wearing, more than the person, then do you really want to be involved with her? I'm proud of finding a good bargain and could care less about name brands! Mind you, I'm older now too. But I still like to look good. Anyways, this guy has low self esteem, and tries to make himself look and feel better by doing this to you and others. If anything, I'd feel real sorry for him, b/c deep down inside, the guy is miserable. You keep doing what you are doing. Telling him off or getting upset is not going to make things better. Be the "bigger man" as you have been. Doesn't mean beating someone's face in. Let's face it: It's easier to retaliate than to have a soft answer as you have done. So what makes you a bigger man? Doing the harder thing. Good for you!

  • Why is it that everytime I go out, creepers always stare at me?

Are you wearing something that they would stare at you? The way many are dressing now, it's no wonder. If you aren't, then perhaps you are just strikingly beautiful, and look older for your age. Men do this, unfortunately. You could always yell, "I'm ONLY 13!!!" at the next gawker. haha! That would make em turn away some quick! lol show more

Secondly, she's lied to you how many times? There's no trust there, is there? Have you confronted her on this? I had to do that with someone before. Though it was uncomfortable, I got it out. Once it was out, and she continued manipulating and lying to me, I told her kindly, but firmly, I don't play games. We are adults. And I stopped hanging out with her. Told her we could if she'd stop doing those things. If you don't have trust, you have nothing, but at least give her a chance to do right. If she keeps lying to you (or lies about lying), then I'd as kindly as possible, cut off the friendship.

It's nice when people have best friends a lifetime through, but this is the exception, not the rule. It is very common for people to grow apart. I was trying to hold on to a friendship that was getting sour, fast. Though our friendship did, for a season, dissolve, we did reconnect. So it's never going to be the same again, no, but at least now we are friends again. But again, our friendship changed and we did too. There's a time and a season for everything. Try not to hold it against your old best friend b/c quite frankly, these things just happen. It's part of life. Sad as it is.

It will look good on later job applications that you didn't shirk at the "small things". Don't despise small beginnings, a saying goes. You save that $$ and go on to bigger and better things for yourself. But it always comes with some blood, sweat and tears.

He said that blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Not the b____ but the meek. I know it's a defense mechanism that we have to become hardened after so much hurt; to build up the walls and "take no crap" off of anyone, but that's not what God wills. The only way is to give Him the pain & He will make you whole again. And those things that satan meant to destroy you with, God will use for good. Out of your deepest pain will come your biggest ministry. Bitterness and unforgiveness is hurting YOU more than anyone else.
