I was once VERY attracted to, and lived for five years, with a woman who was like, the exact opposite of most of my preferences. She was short, I like tall. She was very skinny, I like a little larger. She was blonde and practically hairless except for her head, I like dark and fuzzy. She dressed formally, and VERY carefully, I have to be reminded to put on pants when I leave the house. She slathered the face-paint goop on with a trowel, while to me an ideal world would mean that Revlon was only a manufacturer of theatrical supplies.
But she was sharp as a tack, smelled like she was in heat, and had the most AMAZING voice.
If someone matched all my other preferences, but had a horrible voice, sorry, I don't think I'd be down with that. Even if she's a nice person, smart, and sexually adventurous? Yeah, those are all MUST haves, but a horrible voice could overrule them all.
'Fraid that's just so. Why? Not sure. The heart wants what it wants.
