Why do people ask the same exact question multiple times a day in the "Video & Online Games" section? Do people know how to use a search bar??? *cough Xbox 360 vs. PS3 cough* Ryan, there are always ALOT of answers on though questions, what are you talking about? I run Vista Business 32bit with 4gigs of ram in my laptop. Im a heavy multi tasker so i run a lot of programs the same time, -firefox with 10-20 tabs with a lot of flash websites -google chrome with 8-12 tabs with a lot of flash websites -4 instances of explorer windows -4 instances of notepad -flashget -Limewire 5 pro -yahoo messenger 10 -windows live messenger -dap -win defender -norton 360 v2 -cam frog -skype -HWmonitor from CPU-ID -memory turbo (i use it for memory usage monitor) -coretemp (cpu temp monitor) -taskmanager (used for cpu usage monitor). And that is always my setup whenever i use my laptop. The annoying thing is, sometimes vista keeps popping up a message box telling me that my computer is low in memory, even though i have 700megs free or RAM (even when checking in taks manager it read 700mb free). after increasing the pagefile to 4gigs, vista now neglects to use 1.2gigs of RAM during idle (what a waste!). then if my free RAM starts to drop to the 700megs line then vista starts to complain about low memory again! And my HDD is always active and sometimes slows my computer to a crawl for 10-20 secs becuase of the 100% usage of HDD cranking and exchanging data. While i still have 700megs of free RAM! Damn! I tried disabling the pagefile, and vista managed to leave 400megs of unused ram before it starts to freak out that memory is low. Plus, i always had my apps crashing on me (firefox and chrome even sometimes stops a script due to low memory conditions). Vista is denying my apps of memory causing them to crash while there is still 400megs of free RAM! That is just stupid! For what is it saving the 400 megs for? If evidently i need it! How can i stop vista from using the virtual memory first and then neglects to use the much faster RAM. Its counter intuitive to use the HDD first for memory then RAM. That is really stupid. Then it leaves 700megs just sitting there unused while vista screams LOW MEMORY!!! My memory modules are fine and i always check them using vista's recovery disc memory diagnostics tool every month. Has anyone know a fix? like a registry modification? Or even a hack? Its really annoying vista doing this. it bugs me out!

How many times are we going to see questions about which is better: XBOX 360 or PS3? At any given time there are 5 threads on here asking that same question. That question always sparks controversy amongst gamers, and that's why I hate it. There will always be PS3 fanboys, and 360 fanboys, and that question is like throwing gas on a fire. I'm just saying that if this question comes into your mind, then maybe trying to Google the question, and maybe you'll find the answer. If not, then search within 3 pages of Yahoo Answers and you'll find about 5 of the same question.

Okay a few days ago I made a gamer tag and it was silver, so I inserted a 48 hour code. It went in fine and all but my account was still silver. I made the account with my yahoo mail and I was told I had to have a HOTMAIL or a LIVE email. then I went into my yahoo mail and it asked me if i wanted to create a HOTMALE or a LIVE email account I did so is my gamer tag now connected with my LIVE email or is it still connected to my yahoo email. how do i know and what do i have to do to change it. and the two days past by the time i made my windows LIVE email so i don't know if i can go gold or not. I have one more 48 hour card but i don't want to use it if its not going to work. Hello yahoo answers! My xbox 360 was recently banned because it was flashed. My account to xbox live was not banned but instead my console was banned. Ok i was downloading Adobe10 for my computer so that i could play a game, and my computer got infected with a virus..im pretty sure thats wat it is. It is calling its self a "secutiry tool" and is located at the bottom right corner of my screen with the clock. I went to my control panel and tried to delete all the things that I had downloaded and it told me i did not have the administration to do that (and i could not find the "security tool" in the control panel) I tried to do a system restore and it blocked it. I will click on it and it will pop up and disapear. My screen is black and all desktop icons are gone. I tried to run my system cds that came with my computer and it will not run them. I try to run my norton 360 and when the scan reaches a certain point it goes to a blue screen and says that a fatal error has occured and the computer will shut down. I cant even open microsoft word or itunes of my music file, of my windows media, and i can barely open a web page. At this moment every 5 min it is poping up saying that the yahoo page is sending my credit card info to an outter source. I DONT OWN A CREDIT CAR!!!! it says the same thing when i try to open any program at all. Please help me. I have all my pics and such backed up. Any and all suggestions are welcome. P.S. I do not have alot of money so i am hoping for free to really cheap fixes. Thank you guys so much for helping me. Hello, I am new to Yahoo answers, and I have a question. I have a couple of Xbox 360 games and, if your like me, are not very good (or probably just paranoid) of taking care of them to the point that you might break the game disk. What I want to know is how to be able to create a copy of the Xbox 360 game disk incase such a thing happens. I understand that the discs used for Xbox 360 games are DVD+R DL disks. I also know that doing this is not illegal as long as you don't sell the copied disks for profit. What I don't know is how the process exactly works. I heard that you have to modify your Xbox 360 in order for it to work, but I'm not a tech guy so I don't want to risk breaking my Xbox 360 If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. Open Question: How do I upload picture to the new Yahoo Blog?

In the old yahoo 360, when I compose a blog entry, I can just add a picture form my local disk, but in the new Yahoo Blog, it doesn't allow me to do it anymore, any idea? I have to upload picture to flicker first and copy the URL? Is that how it is going to be?

I downloaded Y! IM9 to update my current version and had everything going good during installation..when suddenly when it's SO CLOSE to being done I get this... "The file C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Local Settings\Temp\SUITELOG.TXT could not be opened. Access is denied." I have Norton 360 and I made sure that Yahoo has approval or access...also I did a search for the file SUITELOG.TXT and it is NOWHERE to be found on my computer... HELP!! What do I do now?

I've done a bunch of research, and STILL can't figure it out. ok so im goin to buy a linksys wireless router. and i am going to by the xbox 360 wireless adapter ive been on youtube looking for answers but no one is giving what i am looking for. so i know when you begin to hook up the wireless adpater its going to ask for a password or WEP key. where do i find that in the linksys router? is it on the router like numbers of anything? or when i hook up the the linksys it asks for a password is the wireless adapter asking for that password? im confused can somebody explain to me step by step if you have gone through this nd has their wireless adapter up and running? details so i can understand it.
