Most of it happened during the course of 1 or 2 months. I worked in good faith with my employer to resolve the issues at first. Mostly it involved me objecting strongly to being mistreated on all issues, let's call them A,B,C and D. I told them I was upset about everything but I was willing to work in good faith with them and accept B,C and D, if they could just fix issue A. They promised they would fix issue A and strung me along on it for quite some time (a few months). I was also on an extended leave as my mother has cancer (it's a gov't program called compassionate care). Now however, they are claiming that after all they are not even willing to fix issue A!! My question is, can I claim constructive dismissal as a 'last straw' independent of what issue A is? It may or may not be valid on it's own, but issues A,B,C and D together were all *very* valid reasons to claim constructive dismissal. The problem is, they took all this time and are now blatantly lying to make issue A look invalid.
