I always get 2-5 minutes periods of my internet surfing where pages just do not load. I know it's not my ISP's fault because I have had them come out and test everything and it is fine. Also, when I play computer games that require me to connect to a server, I never have any ping/latency issues, ever. Also, computers running on my network have no trouble surfing the internet. So, I have figured it must be something with my computer that is preventing me from surfing the internet. I have e-Set Nod 32 Anti-virus and have never picked up any trojans, spyware, adware, viruses, etc. So, basically I'm wondering if installing Windows 7 on my computer will help or if the problem will still exist.
