If I upload a photo to a stock agency, can I still sell the same photo somewhere else?

    With the microstock site I use, you can designate a photo exclusive to that agency, or you can be exclusive. Going exclusive give you a bit more per sale, but then you are locked into that site.

    you have to either ask them or read the regulations carefully
    I was looking in to Shutterstock, and they allow it.

    Look at your contract

    If the contract specifies that they are your exclusive agent, then no.
