What is stongvault online backup and how did it get on my PC?

I never installed a program with the name Stongvault and have no idea where it came from. What is it and should I get rid of it? Thanks for the help.

Either it downloaded and installed with another program you downloaded or someone else at your house downloaded it to the computer.

If you and no one you know uses it, you probably do not need it. if you want to know what it does, you should google it and decide if it is something you want to use or delete.

Thanks, it turns out that it installed itself with VLC media player. I was also difficult to uninstall, leaving behind many junk files. Had to use Microsoft Fix It Center to get rid of it completely. Thanks for the advice.
