UK EMBASSY IN OMAN? applying to Scotland !?

im interested in this great country ! Scotland.. i wanna visit
but i have noticed that UK is responsible for visas to Scotland or what ?
any advice?

Go to the UK embassy and get the visa, it is in the country and the EU.
