Keep the dogs separated for safety and hire a professional trainer to come to the house as you have a SERIOUS problem & a tragedy waiting to happen. Akita are a dominant & stubborn breed that tends to be aloof, that is very typical. Your dog was separated way too young, it isn't even legal to take a pup away that young and, unfortunately, your dog is a text book example of why they need to stay in the litter to learn social skills.
If you are not willing to get professional help ASAP, please either have the dog euthanized or turn it over to Akita rescue where someone experienced w/ the breed and the problem can work w/ the dog.
You cannot keep a dog outside like that, the dog should be in the home as a pet or not be there at all. You admitted that you do not know what to do, so please get professional help!
