How to increase testosterone naturally ?

im 14, you know that my testosterone is already increasing, but i would like to know how can i make my tes. levels increase even more,naturally.Im already taking centrum regulary. but my parents dont allow me to take steroids and i dont want to.What are the foods that can help ? and how can i increase creatine also ? dont tell me to take supplements.

You can't. You are fine, you don't need more hormones. If you did things to increase your hormone levels above normal then you risk actually stopping puberty.
You most likely have the typical misconceptions about hormones, most likely increasing testosterone isn't going to do what you think it will.
Stop worrying about it, you are fine.
