Four history questions?

1- Who said "The man preached treason, and I refuse to separate the traitor from the treason" about calhoun?

2- Associated with Civil Disobedience ?

1. Probably Andrew Jackson because my teacher told me that Jackson was very anti-treason and always suspected Calhoun of writhing "The South Carolina Exposition" (which he did) that supported South Carolina's nullification of the "Tariff of Abominations" and threatened to secede.
2. Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Henry David Thoreau, of Ralph Waldo Emerson (probably MLK)
