Haxorus can outspeed Dragonite and OHKO with any dragon type move because it hits through multiscale with mold breaker.
Moveset: Dragon dance, outrage, earthquake, taunt
Ability: Mold breaker

Dragonite, with proper support, can rip through teams when he gets a few dragon dances up.
Moveset: Dragon dance, outrage, fire punch, roost.
Ability: Multiscale

Dragonite has a lot more options because it is very versatile and unpredictable, which I will not put up. Personally, I like dragonite better.
