"a. Darwin’s theory of evolution by natural selection has been solidly demonstrated. "

True, it's been demonstrated a lot now.

"b. The failure to discover fossil intermediates refutes Darwin’s theory of evolution by natural selection. "

This might have been viable 100 years ago. Today, not so much. Besides there is either no such thing as intermediate fossils or everything is, pick one..False.

"c. Darwin’s theory of evolution by natural selection is a random process. "

    Natural selection ain't random. False.

"d. Darwin’s theory of evolution by natural selection violates the Second Law of Thermodynamics. "

I just fail to see the link between these 2 things. False.

"e. Darwin’s theory of evolution by natural selection can explain small changes within species and major differences among species."

If it can account for small changes over time it can account for big ones over more time. Not that hard to grasp. True.
