For Monthly season ticket, you need to obtain an Identity Card at M.T.C.'s Sales Counters by paying Rs.5/-. The Monthly Season Ticket will be issued on production of this Identity Card only. Don't forget to take 2 pp photos.

Working Hours: 08.30 Hours to 11.00 Hours - 15.00 Hours to 19.30 Hours.
Period of issue: Monthly Season Ticket cards are issued from 1st to 20th of every month.

MTC also offers as you please travel plan for Rs. 600/month. Allowed to travel in Ordinary/LSS/EXP/M/Deluxe services. You still need identity card to use this service and you can travel any number of trips.

The fares are based on stages between your departure and arrival bus stops. There are nearly 14 stages between Medavakkam to T.Nagar and the regular bus pass will cost something around Rs. 180 - 200.

You can approach the Monthly season ticket counter at T.Nagar. Or contact the MTC Head Office land line 04423455801 and get connected to the PRO section from where you will get more information. If it is possible for you to go to MTC Head office at Pallavan Saalai, you can approach the Season Pass issuing section also.

you can get monthly passes from any depot in chennai.for rs.600 pass you can travel anywhere in chennai any no. of times(excluding ac buses). take your id proof for monthly pass for a particular point to another point.there is daily passes are also available
