Movies or videos do not sync with ipod classic?

Question

ok i ripped my dvd ''the dark knight'' into my computer as an mp4 file, i drag it to itunes like i usually do but it will not sync. i have the latest itunes version for sure, i checked sync movies but it just won't sync pls help

All you need to do is download mp4 converter and click 3 buttons:
1. select files
2. convert
3. copy to iPod

may be the drm problem.DVD Content usually has DRM(digital rights management) information which protects copy of the file.
