Error message C00D10D9?

need help with media player. can play this file just can't burn, shows no time.
any way to bypass this?

this is likely to be a DRM protection problem!
if so you will find that if you put it on a memory stick and attempt to play it on another computer it wont play!
best way is to use some drm removal software on it even if you don't think it is protected some of the new protections only stop you burning or copying the video/media file off!
i would give you the names of some good drm removal software........however i believe unless you own the video its illegal to remove the drm due to copyright....sorry :(
