I buy mine right across the street at the convenience store. They have everything. We have a lot of Ma$$holes here so I stalk up. They are the worst drivers, some have no manners. Maybe they came from up country, i don't know. You get the point. :)

The most potent asshole repellent is mutual ammunition. Becoming an asshole yourself is by far the easiest way to mark asshole territory, thereby fending off attacking assholes. Simple ways to become an asshole yourself are talking loudly into your bluetooth headset, wearing Ed Hardy clothing, driving obnoxious muscle cars and jacked up trucks, and smoking cigarettes outside of hospitals.
