You may want to change out amplifiers, if you have a bigger one or can get a bigger one cheap, you want something with 800W RMS (continuous) or more. they say you should only be running 70% of your maximum gain, so get something with about 1100WRMS, because otherwise you may blow this one. yes you may have the amp wired the wrong way, but even wired correctly your putting alot of strain on it. your subs may be trying to pull 800W RMS or more and in turn your amp is sending distortion instead of crisp clean power, which can lead to blowing voice coils or your entire amp.
