My friend has an interview to work as an "order taker" job in a five stars hotel, does anyone knows what exactly order takers do, what is the job description for this job? What kind of questions they will ask her in the interview?

It's probably the person who picks up the phone when a guest wants room service or other amenities like turning bed down and refilling the liquor cabinet.
